Pet Accidents

Pet accidents and odors are a common reason our clients seek carpet cleaning services. Pet’s fur and dander combined with their natural oils can make your house smell and your carpets less than desirable to sit on.  Pet accidents are part of having a four-legged friend but they aren’t easy to clean and remove. We spot treat and pre-treat the carpets with an enzyme based solution for the best results. Unfortunately, if the padding has been saturated, the smell may not go away permanently. It is important to treat any accidents as soon as possible by soaking up any residual to avoid deep penetration into the padding. If possible, the liquid should be treated with a wet/dry vacuum to maximize the removal.

Spills

Coffee, tea and wine are regular offenders. It is best if you can identify the source of the stain and point it out to the technician so that we can spot treat it with the most effective solution for the best results. We can get out most stains but if the fibers have been dyed, it is very difficult to remove.
